She wants to give a platform where they can learn through artistic and technical approach so that they can grow into talented, passionate, and creative dancers/ theatre artist/musicians. A passionate and dreamer who wants to convert the dream of founder Ms. Arti Kothari into reality. Her vision is to take this Academy nationally and internationally.

SURBHI SAXENA- EXECUTIVE HEAD
For her Indrayu Academy is a platform where dreams can transform into reality! A place where one can explore their hidden talent, passion and potential in a creative manner for now and ever. She believes in delivering the best to the students of Academy and to empower the natural given talent by providing the environment, facilities and instructors those who can engage and nurture these students to perform their talent professionally. An MBA degree holder with an experience of 14 yrs in the respective field.
She has a faith that great achievements in Academy are never done by one person. They are done by Team of people.

SHRADDHA SINGH – STUDIO MANAGER
Her energy and enthusiasm for dance and culture describes her as a Studio manager for the academy. She connects and relates very well with needs of the students and instructors, ending with a very strong bond between the two. She is highly passionate about her work, also ambitious and committed towards her profile. She is connected with the Academy since its inception. Total 5 yrs of experience in the same field. She is one of the strong pillar of Academy who can understand client’s need and able to render best of the results for the academy.

RAM PRADEEP A.K.A DONNY
Ram Pradeep is a Performing Arts Educator and Trained IB PYP Specialist, who has done his bachelors in Arts, Trained extensively in Jazz and Contemporary and Western/ Street Styles such as Hip-hop, Urban and Dancehall. He has been working and training with students as young as six years and as old as sixty years.
He has been a senior member of the Danceworx Company and has worked with Mr. Aashley Lobo as an assistant Choreographer for various Bollywood Film projects and worked with actors like Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgun, Kajol, Upen Patel and Esha Deol to name a few.
He is extremely passionate about his Art and Teaching. He loves working with young kids to make them more Confident, independent and appreciative of the arts he also owns a studio by the name of All stars.

AMIT SHARMA- INSTRUCTOR & CHOREOGRAPHER
Dance for him, is not just body movement, but it is sheer poetry. It is lyrical, rhythm oriented, and invites physical, mental and spiritual development of a human being. He has 9 years of experience as a professional dancer and teacher along with detailed core training of different genres of dance. He has taught in many schools, academies and organised several camps to train professional dancers. He has also trained under various national and international faculties along with classes from renowned Urban Dance Camp. He has performed in more than 400 live shows as a dancer and an actor in live musicals such as Jhumroo, Wizwits at kingdom of dreams. His idea is to create awareness amongst people about the international dance forms and help them to connect to themselves and help them grow by sharing all that he knows.

He believes that theatre is a way of life living life with the positive attitude to improve overall personality be in at theatre world or outside world .For him there is something extraordinary in every ordinary human being and he polishes that spark in them. He has 20yrs of experience as a stage Artist and 13 yrs of professional experience as a Theatre Actor, Director and Teacher. He has worked with Zee TV, Star Plus, Doordarshan and also worked as a Voice over Artist for Radio Channels. He is also associated with various Academies, Schools as a Theatre director and Mentor.

BHARAT CHHABRA - INSTRUCTOR
He's a choreographer, Filmmaker, Editor, Teacher and performer. Trained in Jazz, Funk and Harness Aerial , he has done more than 700 shows of (Jhumroo ). Already working with a renowned organization (PRESIDIUM) as a Dance Teacher ,have 3 years of experience in Teaching.
He has represented many Aerial skills in Jaipur infront of chief minister on the occasion of Rajasthan Diwas 2015, Organized by Ministry of culture(State).

Madhyama Segal is a a trained western and Classical dancer.

Rakesh Roshan Bhagat is a dancer/performer/choreographer who has attended various professional dance training programs across the country such as PDSP 8 Delhi, UDC Mumbai, The League (Dance Training Program) season 1, to name a few. Rakesh was awarded a full scholarship to attend The League (Dance Training Program) season 2 2017 at Allstars Studio for his dedication in dance and showed promising growth. He has been a part of various performances in the course of his professional career like Asabhya/The Wall Choreographed by Rajan Rathore and won the title ' JURY, SPECIAL MENTION ' in Prakriti Excellence In Contemporary Dance Awards 2018 (P.E.C.D.A) held in Chennai, Antardwand by Rajan Rathore and Manju Sharma at 6 cube in Gati Dance Forum, The League 1 showcase at Amity Global School celebrating World Dance Day, to name a few.
Presently he is one of the faculty with Allstars Studio.

RASHMI RAUT JAISWAL - INSTRUCTOR BHARATANATYAM
It feels proud to have a teacher who has transformed many students with her 25 years of experience. She was felicitated as a Guru by Padmabhushan Guru Smt. Saroja Vaidyanathan for being a part of Nitya Akhanda Nrittam. She's a gold medalist in open category in Spain Cultural Olympiad 2017 (Bharatanatyam). Many of her students have performed on international level followed by several gold winning performances and much more.
She believes that learning goes much beyond than 3 hours she spends with a student in a week. For her the most important aspect of learning is what her students take home with them, what they grow up to be. As it's a learning process for students and they also face failures, she teaches them how to deal with disappointments and how to be a winner.

His vast experience has enabled him to develop programmers to meet the needs of the urban professional, even when time is at a premium.
